We suggest at least a 30-40 minute buffer from your scheduled flight arrival time to the pick up time you are requesting for your driver. This allows time for de-boarding the plane and baggage to be picked up. *For delays (flight, train etc.) there is a 1 hour courtesy window for no additional charge. Beyond 1 hour of the driver waiting past the scheduled pick up time, there is an additional fee of 40 Euros (sedan) and 60 Euros (van) per hour.
